内核升级。日志

前些天照着这篇文章升级内核：

前些步骤都轻易解决了，但是重启后出错：

Booting 'Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS(2.6.20)'

Filesystem type is ext2fs,partition type 0x83

kernel /vmlinuz-2.6.20 ro root=/dev/sda1 rhgb quiet

Error 15:File not found

 

不过很显然作者在这里出错了：

 

(2) 将kernel行的“LABEL=/”换成根目录所在的分区(上一步查看的就是)
此步很重要，修改错误将可能导致进不去系统，我把我修改后的grub.conf文件列出来，不明之处，可以对照修改：
default=0
timeout=10
splashimage=(hd0,0)/grub/splash.xpm.gz
title Red Hat Linux (2.6.18)
root (hd0,0)
kernel /vmlinuz-2.6.18 ro root=/dev/hda2
initrd /initrd-2.6.18.img

 

 

将红色的改为

kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.18 ro root=/dev/hda2

initrd /boot/initrd-2.6.18.img

继续重启（注意在GRUB界面可直接按e进入编辑模式，修改启动参数的哦>_<）

 

错误继续：

Uncompressing Linux... Ok,booting the kernel.

Red Hat nash version 4.1.18 starting

mount:error 6 mounting ext3

mount:error 2 mounting none

switchroot: mount failed:22

umount /initrd/dev failed:2

kernel panic - not syncing:Attempted to kill init!
