When I use sysprep to update GUID in Windows server after clone, I got the following exception:
Fatal Error
The text of the Software License Agreement for Windows has been tampered with
Because our windows server is security hardened and we also opened a ticket to Microsoft, but got no answer as we already hardened it.
Luckly, I found the answer from Google and from the link as below:
I checked my server, there is no EULA.txt in C:windowssystem32 directory which results the fatal exception.
EULA.txt is a license aggrement file located in that directory and security harden script removed that file.
Finally I can update GUID in that security hardened box now :) So great!
