Un-able to resolve the Linux(RH 4.0) issue in IBM

Hi Support Team,
I have brand new IBM 3850 System x (M/T 8864-2RG) with this descriptions 4x Xeon MP 3.0 GHz/667 MHz (2x 1 MB L2 cache and 4 MB L3 cache), 8 x 1 GB PC2-3200 CL3 ECC DDR2 SDRAM RDIMM, 3x73 GB SAS HD , BMC, RSA-2, 2x Broadcom 5704 Gigabit Ethernet, ATI Radeon 7000M, 2x 1300 W Power Supply

We are facing problem while installing the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 AS for x86 on x3850 system. The Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 AS for x86 didnt boot the after complete installation of IBM x-3850 System. It seems to have installed properly. It shows on the hanging screen at the Linux kernel booting time and un-read display which you can see in this print screen. The Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 AS for x86 didnt complete the Kernel booting time and hang on. It is not connected to any network or external storage.

 Some Error pop-up during Linux kernel booting time:

Uncompressing Linux Ok booting the kernel
Summit chipset: could not find valid CBAR value:
.MP-BIOS bug: 8254 timer not connected to 10-APIC
Red Hat nash version 4.2.1.6 starting
Init version 2.85 booting

Subsequently, I was followed these procedures for installing the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 AS for x86.

Complete the following steps:

1. Upgrading bios with 1.04.
2. Run the IBM UpdateXpress 4.0.5a.
3. To install the RH AS 4.0 with default configuration.
4. To install the RH AS 4.0 with Custom configuration.

NOS X3850 (8864) X3850/x366(8863)
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 AS for x86

Please help me regarding this brand new IBM x-3850 dual -core (4x3.0 MHz CPU) machine issues.
