IZ11600: MKSYSB RESTORE, /DEV/FWDUMP LV IS NOT RECREATED AS MIRRORED

Error description

A mksysb restore does not restore /dev/fwdump LV as
mirrored.

Before restore
# lsvg -l rootvg |grep fwdump
fwdump    jfs2    1     2     2    open/syncd
/var/adm/ras/platform

After restore
# lsvg -l rootvg |grep fwdump
fwdump    jfs2    1     1     1    open/syncd
/var/adm/ras/platform

After restore of mksysb /dev/fwdump isn't mirrored
anymore.

Local fix

Recreate the mirror after the mksysb restore.

Problem summary

A mksysb restore does not restore /dev/fwdump LV as mirrored.

Before restore # lsvg -l rootvg |grep fwdump fwdump    jfs2
1     2     2    open/syncd/var/adm/ras/platform

After restore # lsvg -l rootvg |grep fwdump fwdump    jfs2
1     1     1    open/syncd/var/adm/ras/platform

After restore of mksysb /dev/fwdump isn't mirrored anymore.

Problem conclusion

Documentation changes shall be made to address this.
Since mksysb uses the script mkszfile to create image.data
file which will is used to create the LV's and filesystems
during the mksysb restore.  We purposely don't put the
/dev/fwdump information in the image.data file and
/dev/fwdump is created by platform_dump command.
