中国政法大学资本研究中心主任刘纪鹏(微博)今日发表《银行上市融资模式会导致恐龙式灭绝》文章，他指出，银行的上市融资是个‘黑洞’，必须走出整体上市的误区，如果银行不进行转变恐怕真的要走向“恐龙式”的灭亡之路。

刘纪鹏表示，为了控制银行的系统风险，管理层提出了稳健的货币政策，目的就是要减少银行信贷，但是现在恰恰还要给银行融资。银行上市资金量巨大，再融资也是不断地吸收社会资本。世界四大银行都在中国，上市银行动不动就三四千亿的股本和融资规模，在目前政策上又越来越依赖四大行，实行稳健或者紧缩的货币政策银行也是受害者。“恐龙怎么灭绝的？它把自然界的食物链都给咬断了，实际上如果银行上市融资这个问题再不反思，我们的银行还朝这个路子走下去，是走不通的。没上市的不断争取扩张上市，上了市的继续再融资，这样下去或许真的是要走向“恐龙式”的灭亡了。(中国经济网)
