hp1050c绘图仪打印故障
近日用hp1050c绘图仪（二手货）对外打印一批A0幅工程图，由于图件大小超过绘图仪内存，故打印时需选定“在计算机中”，当通过局域网直接打印到绘图仪IP端口时，打印两三幅图时，绘图仪就报错：“Switch Power Off; Check Printhead Path 请关闭电源；检查打印头路径”。只好关闭绘图仪，重新开机、装纸，校正一下打印头，颇为麻烦。（而领导说此故障是网络传输问题导致的。）
后改用并口打印，即用局域网上的一台接有并口电缆的微机为打印服务器，经试用后，故障照旧，只是出错间隔时间稍长一点而已。
最后直接从本机打印，还是重现上述错误。（这时已为打印滑杆加了打印机专用润滑油。）
经上述试用，本人认为该故障与网络传输无关，是绘图仪本身的问题---打印头或机械部分的问题。
该绘图仪的Service Manual里有详细排错指南，具体操作需内行才能得心应手。
以下是手册上的相关解决办法：
Printhead Path
When a shutdown occurs in the Printhead path, you will get the message "Switch Power Off / Check Printhead Path (*). The (*)will be a number, which will give an indication on where the failure
occurred:
PWM Shutdown (1) and Energy Shutdown (3)
1 Clean Slider Rods and Apply Oil along the complete axis of the Slider Rods. After applying the Oil, perform the Scan-Axis Test --> Page 4-17 and check that the values are within the given limits.
2 Replace the Scan-Axis Motor Þ Page 8-33.
Velocity Shutdown (2)
1 Open the Window and check for any visible obstacles restricting the movement of the Carriage Assembly. Try and move the Carriage Assembly manually, checking for smooth and free movement.
2 Check that the Encoder Strip is clean. If necessary, clean Encoder Strip using a damp cloth.

通过近段时间的使用，发现其中的黄色打印头总是处于监控状态，出错后要校正一下打印头才能继续工作。

前几天维修人员来了，换了皮带和马达，又换了一套新墨盒和喷头。但用了没几天还是有问题，只是没以前严重，不过也不会再修了，等着报废了。
