Answer:

A.      Make sure the Calendar Connection task and Schedule Manager Task are running.

B.      Make sure the user has enabled Alarm function

a)         Open user mail box à Click Tool à Click Preferences

b)        Click Calendar & to do TAB à Click Alarms sub-TAB

c)        Make sure check the “Enable the display of alarm notification”

d)        (Option)If you want to configure the default alarm settings when you create a calendar entry, please check the boxes else and input the number.

C.      Make sure every calendar entry has checked the “Notify me” box.

D.     To examine the ($Alarms) folder exists the invalid calendar entry or not.

E.      Make sure all setting in the Location Document are correct. Specially, the Mail file location field must be set to “Local”, in the Mail TAB in the Location document. If not, you will miss the alarm notifications, when you are working on the local mail file replica.

F.      If all of above steps checking results are correct, but not fix ths issue，I think you must create a new local mail file replica for the user.
